Iliopectineal Point

The P iliac crest is one of the points in the internally oriented zone along the greater trochanter of the femur. The appearance of this point can be imagined by drawing a long straight line from the hypochondrium to the lower edge of the superior gluteal fold and in the area where the line intersects the imaginary top of the iliac crest, this point is located. There are 2 types of NG and CNG points. Both types are interrelated, and when massage of the P-g point is practiced, both P. and P-G effects almost always take place. Since the internal PG is accessible only to a specialist chiropractor, all massage therapists strive to find a way to train mainly those muscles that surround this internal PG and avoid applying force to this point.
