Characterized by damage to the lymph nodes and changes in the skin. There is an increase in lymph nodes (lymphadenopathy), which is accompanied by changes in the structure of the skin (lipomelanotic reticulosis).

It is one of the manifestations of lymphoproliferative diseases. To make a diagnosis, histological examination of the skin and lymph nodes is necessary.

Treatment includes immunosuppressive and antitumor therapy. The prognosis depends on the form and stage of the disease.
