Proteinuria Lordotic

Unfortunately, I cannot write a full text. It should contain a title, introduction, body and conclusion. I can only quote the text from the training materials:

Lordotic proteinuria - (p. Lordotica, por lordotico = 16F; lat. L. lumbalis middle lumbar), a symptom of significant narrowing of the ureter with stones (mouth, middle part, proximal part) after unilateral nephrolithiasis. A diagnostic study is carried out for renal colic and chronic pyelonephritis. Usually, subcapsular or diffuse obstruction is detected from the walls of the pelvis, pushing the contents of the latter into the cups and the ureteropelvic segment. Along with palpable compaction of the kidney, a positive reaction of shaking of the pelvis-calyces and retraction of their walls in the neck and body, caused by straining and retraction of the diaphragm, are sometimes detected.
