Radiculitis

Radiculitis is a disease that is characterized by inflammation of the spinal nerves located in the spinal column. The main cause of radiculitis is back injury, for example, from sudden movement or careless lifting of heavy objects. In some cases, sciatica may be caused by an infection, an allergic reaction, or hereditary factors.

Symptoms of sciatica can vary from person to person. Some people may experience back and neck pain, muscle weakness, numbness in the limbs, or burning pain in the lower back. Other symptoms may include fever, difficulty moving, and even loss of consciousness.

Treatment for sciatica begins with the person resting and avoiding physical activity. It is also recommended to take pain relievers and anti-inflammatory medications, which can help reduce pain and inflammation. In addition, physical therapy treatments such as massage, electrophoresis, or heat compresses may be used to improve blood circulation in the affected area.

If you notice some obvious signs of radiculitis, you should immediately go to the hospital for diagnosis and treatment. At the same time, people should be careful not to delay visiting a doctor if you are experiencing pain or other symptoms associated with sciatica.
