It is difficult to say what is caused by mental and emotional shocks, but all this causes a change in physiological processes in the human body. Depression can affect chronic illnesses (such as heart disease or stomach disease). Heredity or genetic predisposition also contributes to this. In addition, all personality traits and character traits can cause prolonged depression, so there is also a need to seek help.
