Disease Schedule

In the Russian Federation, all citizens have equal rights to serve in the Russian Armed Forces. However, some may face restrictions due to health issues. To address this issue, the Ministry of Defense (MoD) has developed a Sickness Schedule. The Schedule of Diseases (RS) is a list of diseases that may be a reason for restriction or refusal to serve in the armed forces of the country. This list is updated annually and depends on new trends in medical development.

Each disease that is included in the schedule has its own rating, which determines its impact on the possibility of serving. For most diseases, the rating starts at zero and increases over time. However, the rating does not mean an absolute refusal from military service
