Breaking of improperly fused bones

Sometimes it happens that a fracture is not healed properly, and the bones have to be broken again. The chiropractor must then recognize the quality of the callus formed due to malunion, and if it is large and strong, the doctor does not try to break it a second time. Often, due to the strength of the callus, it is impossible to break the bone at the site of the initial fracture and it is broken in another place, but if this cannot be avoided, then softening should first be caused so that the callus relaxes. The medicines mentioned in the paragraph on hardenings are softening for it, for example, fat tail skin or fat tail with dates, melting of various oils and frying, animal bone marrow, cotton seed pith, and the like. Then the bone is broken, and at the same time it is necessary to constantly water it with hot water and put the patient in the bath several times a day. If all this does not help and movement tests indicate greater strength of the callus, then the meat should be cut on one side in order to be able to scrape out the callus and lubricate it with oil, and then the bone is broken, spliced and treated in appropriate ways.

It is often possible to cure an incorrectly healed fracture without breaking it, but by softening the callus with the indicated substances, the bone is leveled by pushing and splints. The broken bones are then positioned correctly and the callus is also smooth on them, and this eliminates the need to break, especially in people with soft bodies.
