Retropulsion

Retropulsion *(retropullio)* is a condition that occurs in athletes after competitive activity and is expressed in a feeling of fullness in the stomach and mood disturbances. The condition occurs in 21% of athletes. Girls are more susceptible. Retropulsion is often observed in swimmers during middle- and long-distance swimming training.
