Rhinoplasty according to Langenbeku

Rhinoplasty, according to Greek mythology, a procedure designed to correct the shape of the nose, is performed today both in Russia and abroad. But the classic option for correcting nasal structures is rhinoplasty, developed by the Czech surgeon Vit Langenbeck back in the 60s of the last century.

Rhinoplasty is a medical procedure that corrects congenital or acquired deformities of the nasal structures. It involves changing the shape of the nose and can be performed to correct curvature, abnormalities in the development of the nasal bones, the consequences of injuries or defects that have arisen for other reasons. This is not only a cosmetic operation, but also a surgical intervention that can restore breathing and correct other physiological aspects.

One of the most common rhinoplasty methods is Lagenbeck rhinoplasty (LAG - German letters). It combines elements of rhinoplasty with tip correction and nasal septum plastic surgery. LAG is a classic rhinoplasty method that has been used since 1960. It not only allows you to successfully solve the patient’s aesthetic problems, but also takes into account all the anatomical and physiological features of his nasal cavity. LAG has contributed to the creation of highly aesthetic rhinoplasty results for patients of all ages and genders.
