**Roth-Bernhard disease** is an acute or chronic disease of the nervous system, usually appearing after stress, anemia, hypoxia and other disorders of the blood supply to the brain. The reasons can be either physiological (for example, impaired blood flow due to spinal osteochondrosis) or acquired (trauma, infections, intoxication, alcohol poisoning).
