Carminative is a medicine that is intended to treat flatulence and other digestive problems associated with gas in the intestines. It contains three active ingredients - Peppermint Leaves, Fennel Fruit and Valerian Root Rhizome, which help reduce bloating, reduce gas and improve digestive function. The carminative is collected at Russian pharmaceutical factories - in Pyatigorsk and Krasnogorsk.
