Dosage forms - tablets 500 mg
Composition - Active substance - paracetamol.

Indications for use - Pain of mild and moderate intensity (headache and toothache, migraine, back pain, arthralgia, myalgia, neuralgia, menalgia), feverish syndrome due to colds.

Contraindications - Hypersensitivity, impaired renal and liver function, alcoholism, children (up to 6 years).

Side effects - Agranulocytosis, thrombocytopenia, anemia, renal colic, aseptic pyuria, interstitial glomerulonephritis, allergic reactions in the form of skin rashes.

Interaction - Increases the effect of indirect anticoagulants (coumarin derivatives) and the likelihood of liver damage by hepatotoxic drugs. Metoclopramide increases and cholestyramine reduces the rate of absorption. Barbiturates reduce antipyretic activity.

Overdose - Symptoms: in the first 24 hours - pallor, nausea, vomiting and pain in the abdominal area; after 12-48 hours - kidney and liver damage with the development of liver failure (encephalopathy, coma, death), cardiac arrhythmias and pancreatitis. Liver damage

Special instructions - The risk of overdose increases in patients with non-cirrhotic alcoholic liver diseases. When taking the drug Cefekon D, use it with caution in Gilbert's syndrome. Long-term use simultaneously with indirect anticoagulants requires constant medical supervision.
