Reticular-Spinal Tract

The reticularis (or colloquially, the “reticular tract”) is one of the most complex neurons in the brain. This is a very important neural pathway that controls the movement of our limbs.

Reticular tract neurons originate in the spinal cord and travel through the spinal regions of the brain. Nerves from the spinal cord travel to the cerebral hemispheres and end in the cerebellum. These nerves then return to the spinal cord to send information to the muscles.
