Aging Premature

**Premature aging (premature old age)** is a pathological acceleration of the processes of aging and decrepitude of the body, manifested in disruption of the structure and functions of organs and systems, which occurs before 65–70 years to the physiological limit, determined by the genetically determined individual life expectancy of a person in a given social group[1].

Premature aging can manifest itself with various clinical signs. The characteristic signs that are most common in patients with various pathological conditions are the following: * an increase in the incidence of allergic reactions; * tendency to intercurrent diseases at any age; * reducing the intensity of the body's reserve mechanisms of adaptation and compensatory reactions in response to various environmental influences (ecological, social, psycho-emotional), infectious factors (for example, activation of herpes viruses); * development of endocrine and metabolic disorders; * depression, aggressiveness; * paraconvulsive paroxysmal states (such as paroxysms of fear, anxiety, constricting headaches, muscle hypertension, etc.); * strengthening the influence of the internal environment of the body on its homeostasis (disorders of neurohumoral regulation, etc.); * dementia; * memory impairment
