Connective muscles are muscle fibers that provide attachment of voluntary and involuntary muscles to bones, fascia, intra- and extra-articular structures of the skeleton. The origin of this muscle is the tubercle of the internal condyle of the humerus, and its insertion is the pisiform bone of the forearm.
In the middle third of the shoulder, the teres major and minor muscles are attached to the left and right radius bones. It is a functionally important connective muscle, since thanks to its round, superficial and deep digital nerves it innervates many skeletal muscles important in finger movement.
