**Coronary-gastric fistula (lat. fistula coronaria ventriculi)** is a pathological anastomosis between the atria and the gastrosplenic corner in the right hypochondrium to the left of the anterior lower border of the pancreas opposite the greater curvature of the stomach.
Coronary-gastric fistulas are found more often than other abdominal fistulas. These are fistulas from the cavity of the common bile duct and duodenum, in first place in frequency are the excretory ducts of the pancreas. Other openings include the duodenum
