Fistula Unformed

Unformed fistula is honey. a term denoting the fusion of nodal, pulmonary vessels, and pyogenic membrane, resulting from reactive inflammation in a number of different diseases. Relates to respiratory, circulatory and surgical infections. It is one of the possible outcomes of the development of acute or chronic hematogenous-pyemic inflammation. N.'s fistulas are formed as a result of rarefaction and dissolution of inflammatory tissue barriers by various toxic decay products. After their rejection, sometimes there is not a complete restoration of the structure of the affected organ or tissue, but the formation of additional fistula tracts, and then the terminology becomes ambiguous. Often fistula tracts appear at the site of localization of ulcers, leaving behind deformed cavities, scars, and skin tightness.
