There is no such thing as flu, or folk remedies are the most effective!

“Recipes against the flu” is a phrase we already know. In conditions of shortage of medicines and lack of effective drugs, we are again returning to natural healing recipes. Let's talk about them.

Traditional medicine recipes against influenza:

  1. Mix linden flowers - 1 part and raspberry fruits - 1 part. Pour two tablespoons of the mixture with 2 cups of boiling water. Boil for 5-10 minutes, strain. Drink hot at night, 1-2 cups.

  2. Take tincture of eucalyptus leaves -25% in 40-70% alcohol, 20-25 drops in 1/4 cup of warm boiled water 3-4 times a day before meals. And oil extracts from eucalyptus leaves can be used to lubricate the sinuses externally.

  3. To prevent influenza, take the mixture: grate 2 lemons and 2 heads of garlic, mix the resulting pulp and pour 1 liter of boiled cool water, leave for 3 days in a dark place at room temperature, strain, put in the refrigerator, take 1 tablespoon on an empty stomach.

  4. Motherwort and common chicory root in equal proportions should be brewed with boiling water, like tea, allowed to brew and taken for flu and colds 3 times a day, half a glass.

  5. At high temperatures, pour 4 tablespoons of horseradish pulp with 1/2 liter of dry grape wine, add crushed rinds of 10 lemons and infuse the product for 1-2 weeks. Drink 50 ml 3-4 times a day 20 minutes before meals.

  6. Prepare raspberry infusion with honey. 100 g frozen or 2 tbsp. dry berries, pour 1 tbsp into a thermos. boiling water and let it brew for 45 minutes. Then add 1 tbsp. honey, stir. The infusion should be drunk before bed.

  7. Stressful situations lie in wait for us anywhere. Before going to bed, lightly smear valerian tincture under the wings of your nose so that you can smell it. In the morning you will feel quite fresh and cheerful.

  8. Nasal rinsing. Prepare a warm solution of table salt (0.5 tsp per 1 cup of water). After washing your hands, pour salted water into a handful and pull it through your nostrils, then release it. Repeat 4-5 times in each nostril.

  9. Finely grate the garlic and onion, cover with a blanket and breathe for 10-15 minutes 3-4 times a day.

  10. Garlic is one of the most common remedies. You can sniff it, put a cotton ball in your nose, or smear the juice on your wrists.
