Triamcinolone-Fpo

Triamcinalone FPO is a drug with high glucocorticoid activity. It is produced in tablet form and is used for a wide range of diseases, such as joint inflammation, psoriasis, eczema, cystic fibrosis, etc.

The main indications for use are diseases of the skin, joints and mucous membranes, as well as the prevention and treatment of allergic reactions, ARVI, bronchial asthma and other respiratory and some systemic diseases caused by infection.

Contraindications include hypersensitivity to the components of the drug, dysfunction of the liver, kidneys, endocrine system disorders, cancer, as well as children under 6 years of age, pregnancy and lactation. In addition, there are a number of possible side effects associated with high steroid doses. This may be insomnia, increased appetite, increased blood pressure, nausea, vomiting, weight gain, delayed sexual development in children and a number of other disorders of organs and systems.

Use with caution in cases of special susceptibility to infection and disruption of the gastrointestinal tract, with glaucoma, osteoporosis and other diseases of bones and joints.

Combination with other drugs promotes the manifestation of their additional activity and increases the likelihood of complications when used simultaneously. The interaction consists mainly of increased side effects: intoxication from taking other drugs and increased amenorrhea.
