Trichophytosis

Trichophytosis (from the ancient Greek τρίχα - hair, φυτόν - plant and -οσμός - smell) or scab is an anthroponotic human disease caused by fungi of the genus Trichophyton, transmitted by direct contact with a sick person or animal, as well as through objects contaminated with fungi .
