Trombase

Thrombase is the medical term for thrombin, which is formed as a result of blood clotting. Thrombin is normally produced during normal blood clotting, but in some cases thrombin may be produced in excess or abnormally. Thrombins play an important role in the body as they are involved in the blood clotting process and prevent bleeding. However, in some cases, excessive thrombin production can lead to the formation of blood clots in the blood vessels, which can lead to serious illness and even death. Therefore, it is important to monitor the level of thrombin in the blood and take measures to prevent its excessive formation.
