Turmeric cranberry seed energizing radiance masque отзывы

Many of you have probably heard that my favorite Kiehl's recently released two new face masks. Before this, they had not released new masks for a very, very long time, and advertising and PR campaigns for new products were quite large, for me this is a sign that they have released something interesting. Overall, I was glad to try them.

Today I want to tell you about the mask in orange packaging Turmeric & cranberry seed energizing radiance masque.

I have been using it for about two months and the effect on me is always very obvious. The second green mask still needs to be dealt with a little more.

So, this is a mask that gives radiance; it is based on bright yellow clay because... with turmeric. And with large cranberry seeds, which should kind of exfoliate the skin.

The composition on round jars is difficult to photograph, please understand and forgive:

I like to use this mask in the morning because of its very cool external effect - it evens out the complexion very well and tightens pores. It cleans them up a little, but it’s really more of a trick - you look from a normal distance - the skin is crazy clean and smooth. And up close you can see that the contents of the black dots have not completely disappeared, they just became smaller from black, but white. Then this effect goes away, sometimes even immediately, depending on the care that is applied after.

Still, I really like the mask in general, very much so. In any case, it puts the skin in order externally and makes it look and feel better than before - cleaner, fresher, smoother. It seems to me that it was created specifically for the needs of the new generation of millennial Instagrammers - those who want to see the effect right away.

The disadvantage of the mask is that it is very difficult to wash off; these particles of cranberry seeds tend to stick tightly to your face. For these difficult-to-rinse masks, I like to use a konjac sponge or a dampened towel.

As far as I know, Kiehl's put these masks in Allurebox some time ago and many people had the opportunity to try them. How do you like them? As far as I understand from Instagram, opinions are divided. But I didn’t come across such a box, which is a pity. I would love to have a nice miniature of this mask for travel.

PS My friends came, so I had a pause in publications and being on the Internet in general. But I returned, they even brought me my new jars from Moscow.

Now I’ll tidy up my skin and flood you with summer makeup looks again.

For a long time I was wary of the Kils brand, because I did not see the effect of previously tried products.

But one mask changed my mind, and today I want to tell you about it

Kiehl's Turmeric & Cranberry Seed Energizing Radiance Masque - Mask for instant skin radiance

Turmeric is known for its ability to perfectly cleanse the skin of impurities, has a powerful antioxidant and antiseptic effect and regulates sebum production. Turmeric has also been used for a long time to eliminate skin imperfections and give it radiance.

Cranberry seeds and seed oil

This berry is a real storehouse of antioxidants, and the crushed cranberry seeds in the formula gently exfoliate dead cells and even out the texture.

Apply to a clean, dry face for 5-10 minutes. Rinse off.

I keep it this way, because then the mask dries out and begins to tighten the skin.

The mask is in a glass jar, beautifully decorated, perfect for a gift.

There is a protective membrane

The mask itself is thick, the consistency is very pleasant

But despite this, the expense is considerable, keep this in mind.

I smear so much at a time that it is clear that there is much less mask in the jar.

After about a year of using it once a week, I already buy 3 jars.

The smell is cranberry, quite strong. True, after application you don’t really feel it.

This is what the mask looks like on your face:

I would like to note right away that this mask is two products in one.

Mask + gentle peeling.

When I start to wash it off, the small particles in the composition act as a peeling.

And what I see after rinsing off is that the skin instantly evens out, mattifies where needed, and shines where needed!

Of course, I’m exaggerating a little, but that’s exactly how it works for me—evening out the tone of my face.

The skin seems to “breathe”, refreshes itself and at the same time becomes smooth and very pleasant to the touch!

Pores are visually reduced, especially on the day after use. Blackheads also become less noticeable.

After the mask I apply something moisturizing, lately it’s been a mask from Rexaline, or a mask from Japan Gals.

In general, I am absolutely delighted, the mask is simply gorgeous. After it, I practically stopped using foundation, because my skin was already “smooth” and radiant!

Price: approximately 3300 rub.

Testing period: more than 6 months

Conclusion: The mask works, I recommend buying it.

Seven beauty insiders test Turmeric & Cranberry Seed Energizing Radiance Masque and Cilantro & Orange Extract Pollutant Defending Masque. And they disagree.

Two new Kiehl’s masks (codenamed “red” and “green”) arrived at our editorial office in quantities that were enough for everyone. Beauty insiders were delighted and immediately began to compare impressions.

Turmeric & Cranberry Seed Energizing Radiance Masque, Kiehl’s

The mask promises to fill the skin with radiance and energy, restore its healthy appearance and smoothness. Contains turmeric and cranberry extracts, plus crushed cranberry seeds for gentle exfoliation.

Although it is not directly indicated, the “red” mask is more likely to be used in the morning, and the “green” mask is more likely to be used in the evening. Apply the composition for 5-10 minutes until it dries, then rinse with warm water, gently massaging so that the cranberry seeds have time to exfoliate the skin.

I definitely liked it. It exfoliates well, does not injure the skin, smells good too (and does not injure the nose either). It dries quickly, but not tightly - in the sense, there is no feeling that you were stuck in a shriveled hedgehog or, rather, a cement mitten. It is, however, not very easy to wash off - it is better to do this with a mitten or a waffle towel, but I also adapted a sponge-konjaka for this task. After the mask, the skin texture clearly becomes smoother, the pores on and around the nose are slightly reduced, and I don’t aim for more. I also noticed that if you apply it to your lips (the mask doesn’t burn or bake, but it’s better not to lick it, of course), then your lips then become beautifully pink and plump. I think it’s due to friction while you’re filming - well, the menthol in the composition makes itself felt.

Skin: sensitive, prone to dehydration

Immediately after application, the mask burns just a little. Then it dries on the face so that it is difficult to even move it. At this moment it must be washed off. Large particles are cranberry seeds; in the total mass they look quite rough, but in fact they exfoliate gently and delicately. They have only one drawback - the particles are difficult to wash off and I always have several pieces left on my face and have to literally pick them off)

But the result is simply wow! It was as if I had been resting for a month and breathing crystal clear mountain air. The skin glows and radiates freshness and health (where are my 17 years?!). And at the same time, it is smooth and soft (and I didn’t have such skin when I was 17!) And the skin tone has become so even that I don’t even want to put on makeup. A super product that I will add to my must-have list.

Skin: normal, sometimes a little dry. There is rosacea and pigmentation

It’s a completely working mask, but it didn’t excite me as much as Masha did. Yes, it perfectly evens out skin tone, tightens pores, and gives a glow. But there are a couple of “buts” - firstly, it’s really difficult to wash off. Even my favorite method with a Glov glove doesn’t help much - it takes a long time to pick out the scrubbing particles. Secondly, it dries and tightens the skin a little. So, I like it as an emergency “I-go-out-in-the-world-in-5-minutes” remedy, but I wouldn’t dare use it permanently.

Skin: problematic, dehydrated

Radiance is generally the last thing on your mind when you have problem skin (what's the point if foundation covers everything up?). After using it, I noticed that my face looked polished. And she went looking with her eyes: “What else?” I found that the mask cleanses and mattifies a little (clay is the second ingredient in the composition). But I agree with Karina, it can dry out if you don’t wash it off after 5 minutes (it’s better not to scroll through Facebook).

Would I say that I can't live without this mask? No. Is there the promised glow and exfoliation? Yes. And she also smells like cranberry dessert -).

Skin: sensitive, thin, problematic

I didn't like this mask at all. Yes, it smells and looks good, like crème brûlée with cranberry seeds. It is also easy to apply and does not cause any discomfort while it is on the face. But it’s sooo hard to wash it off! You rub, rub, rub, so that later, when you look at yourself in the mirror, you again find a cranberry seed somewhere on your nose. Not to mention the fact that the notorious seeds do not gently exfoliate, but naturally scratch when you try to wash them off. An additional bonus of this execution is the skin dried out to the point of parchment. I'm glad that I got a miniature and not a full jar-)

Skin: combination, dry, aged

Since I recently had a mask overdose, I didn’t even immediately remember what kind of mask it was. Cranberry seeds? The smell of dessert? Oh yes. Just in case, I went and smeared myself with it again right now. She smells really nice. The cranberry particles act as a scrub while you apply the mask. It dries out even faster for me than for other girls - in about 3 minutes. It doesn’t sting. It washes off... well, not that instantly, of course, but I didn’t notice any problems in this regard. Any tangible result, too. There is shine - due to the fact that this mask polishes the skin very well. But “shine” is still not “shine”.

Skin: combination, problematic, slightly dehydrated, sensitive

I am a well-known dislike of masks - as I have said more than once, it seems to me that they rarely do anything really noticeable in effect to the skin. I always keep rare exceptions on hand -) What attracted me to this Kiehl’s mask was the clause about gentle exfoliation - I’m constantly looking for something on this topic. And I liked the mask: the skin after it was smooth, really well exfoliated (now, after a month of swimming in the chlorine of the pool, I can definitely talk about this), radiant and somehow... cheerful or something.

The only negative found is that my sensitive skin becomes pinker after it, not whiter (I think this is due to the menthol in the composition). And, well, one more thing - large particles of the same cranberries in the composition are a little difficult to wash off. For this I take some kind of damp towel or microfiber.

As a result: I was pleasantly surprised - the effect is really visible. The main thing is to hydrate well immediately after.

Night face mask for protection against aggressive environmental factors Cilantro & Orange Extract Pollutant Defending Masque, Kiehl’s

The mask promises to protect the skin from negative environmental influences that lead to dull skin and a gray complexion. It contains extracts of Chinese parsley (or, more commonly speaking, cilantro) and bitter orange. They should even out the skin tone, and with constant use, renew it.

The mask is used at night: you need to leave it for 5 minutes, then blot it with a napkin to remove excess, and go to bed -). After using it, be sure to apply sunscreen for at least three days - it contains acids.
