Vaginal fixation of the uterus

Vaginal fixation is not just an operation. It's a whole world. There is a huge field of opportunities that open up for a woman after her. Here you can live and enjoy life like never before. I'll tell you what you should know before deciding whether you need this operation or not.

What is vaginal fixation?

Vaginal fixation is an operation during which the doctor widens the opening of the vagina (that is, the area through which you go to the toilet today). Rings, protectors or other devices are inserted into this area to improve hygiene and reduce the risk of the bladder closing too quickly after filling. These protective devices are commonly referred to as a “vaginal swimsuit” or “inflatable vagina.”

Why Women May Need Vaginal Fixation

Typically, women experience health problems due to carrying their uterus “upside down” throughout their lives. Here are some of the main reasons for vaginofiction:

- after childbirth, caesarean section or other operation, the uterus arrives during the birth of the child - excess weight - standing work - strong pressure when using the toilet - due to the growth of uterine fibroids.

In all these cases, it is often necessary to move the uterus along with the pelvic floor into the correct position, as this will facilitate its flow into the pelvic cavity and reduce the risk of curvature. Fixing the uterus does not solve the problem of obstruction and other problems with the bladder, however, it can increase its capacity and help avoid closure after urination.

How does vaginofiction work?

The operation requires anesthesia, as in a clinic, so that the patient relaxes and begins to breathe well. It is performed on an outpatient basis under local anesthesia (without loss of consciousness and inpatient operations). The surgeon inserts a thin needle into the posterior opening of the cervix, then moves the body of the uterus to the side. The labia are also placed in the ring. Finally, a small ball may be used and placed at the vaginal opening before stitching it shut.
