Vein Median Forearm

The median forearm vein (lat. vena mediana anterbrachii) is a large venous artery of the axilla, second in importance after the axillary nerve and one of the most important venous arteries of the upper extremities. It passes through the outer surface of the median cutaneous nerve of the shoulder, somewhat lateral to it, in the posterior region of the forearm parallel to the axis of the radius.
