___ Stylomastoid Vein __
Vein Styloid or Stylomascelid is a vein from the system of superficial veins of the head, neck and face. Due to the location of the vein, it supplies a huge muscle group in this area. It is located on the occipital surface of the head and goes towards the mastoid process of the temporal bone, to the bottom of the organ, covering itself with the temporoparietal fascia along the way. Veins direct blood from the head through the vv faciales, then into the transverse sinuses of the brain. The organ moves to the superficial ring, passes through the vena facialis and fits into the venous plexus of the area. Part of the weaving connects the venous basins of the temporal parts and the anterior bases.
