Dosage forms - gel 1%, enteric coated tablets 25 mg, enteric coated tablets 50 mg

Composition - Active substance - diclofenac sodium.

Indications for use - Inflammatory joint diseases, degenerative diseases, lumbago, sciatica, neuralgia, myalgia, diseases of extra-articular tissues, post-traumatic pain syndromes, postoperative pain, acute attack of gout, primary dysmenorrhea, adnexitis, migraine attacks, renal and hepatic colic, ENT infections organs, residual effects of pneumonia. Locally - injuries of tendons, ligaments, muscles and joints, localized forms of soft tissue rheumatism. In ophthalmology - conjunctivitis, post-traumatic inflammation after injuries to the eyeball, pain syndrome when using an excimer laser, during operations on the lens.

Contraindications - Hypersensitivity, hematopoietic disorders, gastric and duodenal ulcers, aspirin-induced bronchial asthma, children (up to 6 years), last trimester of pregnancy.

Side effects - From the gastrointestinal tract, central nervous system, hematopoietic organs, at the injection site, from the skin. With long-term use there are systemic side effects. After instillation into the eyes - burning, blurred vision.

Interaction - Interacts with lithium, digoxin, anticoagulants, antidiabetic drugs, quinolones, methotrexate, cyclosporine, glucocorticoids, potassium-sparing diuretics, etc.

Overdose - Dizziness, headaches, hyperventilation, clouding of consciousness, convulsions, disorders of the gastrointestinal tract, liver and kidney functions. Treatment is symptomatic.

Special instructions - Take 30 minutes before meals. Monitor tests periodically. With caution in the first 6 months of pregnancy. Avoid driving vehicles. Restrictions for impaired liver and kidney function, heart failure, pregnancy, breastfeeding.
