Dosage forms: solution for intravenous and subcutaneous administration 30000000IU

Composition: Active substance: Filgrastim.

Indications for use: Neutropenia (congenital, periodic, malignant) in combination with a history of severe infections, neutropenia and febrile neutropenia during cytotoxic chemotherapy of non-myeloid malignant diseases or myeloablative therapy followed by bone marrow transplantation, mobilization of autologous hematopoietic progenitor cells in the peripheral blood after myelosuppressive therapy.

Contraindications: Hypersensitivity, severe congenital neutropenia with abnormal cytogenetics (Kostman syndrome).

Side effects: Musculoskeletal pain, hypotension, dysuria, hematuria, proteinuria, allergic reactions (usually after IV infusions at the injection site), vasculitis, spleno- and hepatomegaly, headache, diarrhea, anemia, thrombocytopenia, nosebleeds, increased level of liver transaminases in the blood, uratemia, alopecia, osteoporosis, hypoglycemia.

Interaction: Fluorouracil may provoke exacerbations of neutropenia.
