The vegetative-vascular system is the central section of the nervous system, regulating the activity of a number of internal organs: the heart, blood vessels and others. The peripheral part of this system includes the choroid plexus of the spinal cord and the corresponding sympathetic-adrenal and cholinergic innervation of the heart, blood vessels, stomach, kidneys, etc., the functional activity of which modulates information about the state of the internal organ from other regulatory systems, thus performing the function subordination between them.
