The branch of the lower jaw is an anatomical formation that belongs to the human organ system. It is located on the lateral surface of the lower jaw and is a process of the jaw angle. The ramus mandible is a component of the larger ramus that arises from the body of the mandible and continues towards the ankle of the leg. The length of the branch of the lower jaw can reach up to 9 cm, and the thickness - up to 3-4 cm.
