Agitation Subcomatose

Subcomatose excitement (lat. Subcomatosa excitatio) is a term that describes an extreme degree of excitement when a person is on the verge of losing consciousness. It can be caused by various factors, such as lack of sleep, stressful situations, alcohol or drug use, and certain diseases.

Subcomatosis is characterized by a lack of clear consciousness, confusion of thoughts and increased imagination, panic attacks and anxiety. Symptoms such as tachycardia, increased blood pressure, rapid breathing and sweating may occur. Sometimes hallucinations and spatial disorientation may occur.

Treatment for subcomatose agitation may include anti-anxiety medications, a healthy lifestyle, moderate exercise, and breathing exercises. In some cases, specialist advice may be required.
