Medical and Labor Expert Commission

The Medical Labor Expert Committee is a body that provides an opinion on the health status and working abilities of the enterprise’s employees. It has both legal and medical significance.

The expert commission orders a special examination of doctors who issue a medical report. This medical expert examination is divided into four stages. The first stage is consultation with specialists to obtain a complete picture of the disease or disorders. The next three stages are rehabilitation, outpatient treatment and repeated medical examination. All stages of diagnosis must be prescribed in a medical report.

Thus, the attending physician draws up a conclusion about damage to health. To assess the level of damage, he issues a conclusion about the severity of the disease. According to the examination conclusion, a workload suitable for the employee is established. Thanks to this, work continues without harm to health.
