Beclar nucleus

The Beclair core is a set of fundamental concepts, concepts and algorithms that underlie the software development methodology in BECLAR (fast eclectic probabilistic logic programming). In other words, this is a description of ways to solve a problem that is posed at each stage of software development as a task to find an optimal solution.

The goals of the beclair kernel are: * Creation of the abstract component required by a high-level specialist. * Reducing the number of wrong decisions when working on complex projects through the accumulation of expert knowledge. * Implementation in systems at levels from expert subsystem to weakly deterministic decentralized.
