Ingredients: Active ingredient - goserelin.

Indications for use: Hormone-dependent prostate cancer, hormone-dependent breast cancer in women during the reproductive period, endometriosis, uterine fibroids, dysfunctional uterine bleeding, in vitro fertilization methods (preparation for superovulation).

Contraindications: Hypersensitivity, pregnancy, lactation, childhood and adolescence (up to 14 years).

Side effects: In men - ureteral obstruction, spinal cord compression syndrome; in women - dryness of the vaginal mucosa, hot flashes, changes in mood and sexual desire, menopause, amenorrhea (after withdrawal), spotting (at first); instability of blood pressure, allergic reactions (skin rash, anaphylaxis).

Special instructions: Prescribe with caution if there is a risk of developing urinary tract obstruction and spinal cord compression syndrome. Repeated courses for benign gynecological diseases are not recommended due to the high likelihood of osteoporosis.
