Wounds and ulcers.
Cobwebs stop bleeding when applied to a wound.
Tumors and acne.
If you apply the web to the ulcers, it prevents them from swelling. It has the same effect on wounds.
Organs of the head.
If you boil thickly woven white spider webs in rose oil and put them in your ear, it soothes ear pain.
Fevers.
Some say that if you mix cobwebs with some ointment, spread them on a linen rag and apply them to your forehead and temples, it will cure a three-day fever. And some claim that a cobweb in the form of a thick white cloth, if tied into a piece of leather and hung around the neck or shoulder, cures four-day fever.
