John Sherman world famous bodybuilder, born on September 6, 1967 in the United States of America. Since childhood, like most other guys, I have been interested in various sports. He really liked football and all kinds of team games with the ball, but he was not at all in the mood for lifting weights. And in vain, because John had good genetic makings for this sport. And even despite all the recommendations of his trainers, it was incredibly difficult to turn him towards bodybuilding. Fortunately, in the end, they finally put the squeeze on him, and after graduating from high school, the guy began to gradually visit the gym. Soon, after a short time, the results of his training exceeded all expectations. The young bodybuilder progressed very much in volume - it seemed that the muscles themselves were growing by leaps and bounds. And along with his muscles, the number of his victories tirelessly increased...
Having reached his 25th birthday, John Sherman already had a large number of titles under his belt and was able to get a ticket to the IFBB professional league as youngest participant ever existence of this organizations! For such a rapidly short and energetic takeoff, he was dubbed with a euphonious nickname: "John the Tank Sherman", in honor of the self-propelled, armored vehicle of the US Army that brought victory to America in World War II.
The famous athlete completed his professional career in the IFBB federation after 15 long years, leaving a unique, victorious mark in the history of bodybuilding. Despite the fact that John never managed to get first place, 12 of the 19 tournaments in which he took part resulted in the athlete consistently placing in the top ten.
