It's good to be as healthy and ripped as Ronnie Coolman. I think every aspiring bodybuilder dreams of being at least a little like him. The two-meter giant simply amazes with the volume and relief of his muscles, and undoubtedly is rightfully a multiple Mr. Olympia for many years in a row. His posters decorate any gym. He is the idol of millions, a star of bodybuilding and powerlifting with a truly huge letter... But think for a second: what is it like for such a giant with meter-long shoulders to choose clothes for himself? Probably, even in the most advanced store you won’t find a “outfit” for such a thug! But this is not the problem of Ronnie Coolman alone, but of almost all modern bodybuilders... We will talk about this in this article...

Now we have all kinds of regional offline and online stores Reebok and Adidas, capable of answering all your questions about sportswear, shoes and equipment, and satisfying all the needs of an athlete of any level of training... But I remember back in the 80s and 90s, when the shelves our stores were pretty empty, and in clothing markets you could only buy a solid Chinese assortment with original names, ala “Abibas”, I even had a hard time choosing sportswear for myself, despite the fact that I was still a young teenager. Apparently the Chinese then focused exclusively on their national anthropometric data - and they, the Chinese, are all small and short... Do you know at least one famous Chinese bodybuilder? – I think it’s unlikely! So our brother had a bit of a hard time with clothes back then. Personally, for example, even then I was 185 cm tall with oblique fathoms in the shoulders, and even then I began to lift weights in improvised gyms, wanting to become even bigger and wider in the good sense of the word...

1. Firstly, equipment manufacturers have finally realized that this niche needs to be filled, and now they specifically work for athletes and lifters.
2. Secondly, even Chinese manufacturers have revised their views - it is worth noting a significant improvement in the quality of their products, and now they are focusing not only on their national sizes, making good products for a fairly wide range of people, and athletes of various disciplines in particular.
3. Well, and thirdly, a large number of inexpensive companies have appeared that even offer custom tailoring of sportswear to order. And, if previously this was available to, say, only a world-class star, such as the above-mentioned Ronn Kuhlman, now almost any consumer can afford such a pleasure. And isn't that cool?!!!

As you can see, in our time, purchasing good sportswear even for very large men involved in bodybuilding, powerlifting, fitness and weightlifting has become not a problem at all, and this is good news! So, fellow greenhorn newbies, don't be afraid to swing and get big and wide! Nowadays they can dress you any way you want, one way or another! And, if at some point you find that you cannot get into your old tracksuit, it means that you are progressing well as an athlete, and, therefore, you are on the right path, which is what we sincerely wish for you!
