Ways to use essential oils - Douching

For diseases of the female genital organs, aromatic water is used for douching (the preparation method is indicated in the section “Preparation of aromatic water at home,” p. 338). The temperature of the douching solution should be no lower than 37°C. Heat chilled aromatic water only to the specified temperature.
