Spontaneous termination of pregnancy (SPPB) is the independent termination of the life of an embryo or fetus inside the mother. SPPD occurs due to a disorder of the systems and organs of the embryo or fetal membranes before or immediately after childbirth. This development of events is not at all uncommon, and accounts for 25% of all pregnancy terminations. And although SPPB is generally considered a less dangerous complication than a medical or instrumental miscarriage, fetal death can be delayed for months or years. In Russia, SPPB ranks first in the number of cases of abortion, and women registered with SPPB are significantly more than 58% of all women who had
