Acroalgia

Acroalgia is a feeling of numbness or tenderness of the skin on a part of the body (most often the face), accompanied by a feeling of anxiety. It is not a disease as such, in the usual sense (it does not have reasons that always cause a given reaction at a specific moment and in a specific area of the body). Most often, acroalgic sensations do not occur in isolation; they are always somehow associated with some more complex painful syndrome (for example, migraine or Parkinson’s disease).
