Adventitial Plexus

The adventitial plexus is a connective tissue that covers the outside walls of arteries, veins and some small vessels. The adventitia has thick walls that form a strong and elastic frame that provides strength and flexibility to the vessels.

The adventitial weave performs important functions in the vascular system:

- Maintains the integrity of the vessel. Thanks to its strong frame, the adventitia prevents the vessel from moving or bending, which ensures the stability of the position of the artery or vein
