Dosage forms - film-coated tablets 100 mg
Composition - Active substance - sulpiride.

Indications for use - Schizophrenia (including sluggish forms, accompanied by lethargy, lethargy), acute and chronic psychoses, peptic ulcers of the stomach and duodenum, migraine, dizziness, post-traumatic encephalopathy, behavioral disorders in children.

Contraindications - Hypersensitivity, pheochromocytoma, hypertension, anxiety and psychomotor agitation.

Side effects - Sulpiride is usually well tolerated. However, pyramidal disorders, agitation, sleep disturbances, increased blood pressure, menstrual irregularities, and impotence may be observed; Cases of galactorrhea and gynecomastia have been described.

Interaction - Enhances the effect of morphine derivatives, histamine H1 blockers, barbiturates, benzodiazepines and alcohol. Antihypertensive drugs increase the likelihood of developing orthostatic hypotension. Incompatible with levodopa (mutual antagonism). Antacids containing magnesium and aluminum hydroxide reduce bioavailability.

Special instructions - Prescribe with caution to patients with renal failure, epilepsy, parkinsonism, the elderly and newborns, as well as people working with potentially dangerous mechanisms. During therapy you should not drive vehicles. It is recommended to take before using antacids. During pregnancy, only low doses can be used and not for a long time.
