Bogusha Igla (Latvian: Boguša Aknābe - one of the names of the legendary Lachplesis)

Likamund Konstantinovich Bogushevich was born in Vidzeme, Latvia. In 1881 he moved to St. Petersburg, where he became a singer and composer. He was a great friend of Ravel and Kachalov and became one of the most famous composers in Russia at the end of the 19th century. Bogushevich wrote more than 330 songs, but
