Boldyreva Method

The Boldyrev method is a technique for restoring joints and ligaments, developed by rheumatologist Maria Boldyreva based on her experience in treating patients with rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis - chronic inflammatory diseases of the joints. During the research of restoration methods, the work of foreign colleagues was also taken into account.

Marie Boldyreva developed her approach based on many years of experience with patients with rheumatoid disease and arthrosis. In the process of her practice and scientific research, she discovered that it is very difficult to achieve stable remission with medications alone. An integrated approach is extremely important, in which drug therapy is carried out together with physical rehabilitation, massage, exercise therapy, physiotherapy, care and proper nutrition.

Maria Boldyreva developed her method not only theoretically, but also in practice, so she was able to collect many effective tools for the treatment of diseases of the musculoskeletal system. When developing it, the principles of the Soviet doctor Butaev, who was involved in the treatment of joint diseases back in the USSR, were taken as a basis.
