Bronchitis Exudative

Exudative bronchitis (lat. bronchitis exsudativa, syn. pneumonia oedematosa - from the Greek hšl, hšlos - plethora) is a type of bronchopulmonary disease from the group of pulmonary diseases (Pneumonia). With exudative bronchitis, the bronchi or large bronchi become inflamed. When inflammation occurs, their function is disrupted, and an insufficiently thick secretion is produced - a substance secreted by the bronchi (pulp-like lubricant), as a result of which the latter swell and swell greatly. This makes the mucus easier to cough up.
