Buzh Hegara

Hegard's bougie, also called Hegard's bougie (or simply Hegarda's bougie), is a device for digital divulsion, primarily in men. It was developed in 2016 by a Dutch urologist under the name "ADVANCE Plication Device" (ADPD). This device is used to treat penile curvature without the use of anesthetics.

This method is widely used in many countries around the world and is gaining popularity in global medical practice every year. This is not only a highly effective, but also a safe treatment method that helps get rid of erection problems without the use of drugs or surgery. One of the reasons for the popularity of this method is its relative safety and effectiveness, which far exceeds many other methods of conservative treatment of male impotence. Therapy of the penis using the Hördersberg bougie is carried out strictly individually by a urologist. After the initial examination of the patient, dates for all subsequent examinations and procedures are set. Treatment is carried out approximately once a week until the desired degree of plexus is achieved and normal erection is restored. The entire process is recorded on video overlay (insulting film). During the course, the patient is accustomed to regular exercises of the penis in a special vacuum plug for the penis. Complications during service were observed in rare patients - Most often this happened due to the fact that patients changed the procedure or stopped the session earlier than the doctor prescribed

Bougie hegara is a special type of bougie designed for endoprotection procedures in endoscopic operations. It differs from other bougies in that it has a pointed shape and is equipped with a special plastic insert that protects the walls of the urethra during the procedure. Bougie hegara is used in medicine to treat various diseases of the urinary system, for example, urethral stricture, olegohistological stricture, chronic cystitis, overactive bladder, etc. Bougies help dilate the urinary canal, improve blood circulation and reduce pain and discomfort.

The design features of the bougie hegar include the presence of a transparent tube, which allows you to control the progress of the instrument and avoid damage to the walls of the bladder. For the same purposes, special attachments of different shapes and sizes are used, which help to accurately deliver the bougie to the right place. Also, to control the progress of the instrument, X-ray contrast materials can be used, which allow visual monitoring of the procedure. The use of bougie hegar does not require special skills and can be performed on an outpatient basis.
