Childbirth with husband
Conceiving a child is a sacrament in which two people participate. The birth of a child is the birth of a new family. Despite this, for a long time it was believed that childbirth is a purely female matter.
Today, in most countries, the presence and participation of the father in childbirth is perceived as natural and necessary. A strong emotional connection arises between father and child; fathers show sincere interest in everything that concerns the baby.
Proponents of joint childbirth are confident that partner childbirth is beneficial for all family members. But there are several important conditions.
Firstly, the family must have trust, closeness, and a willingness to accept help from each other.
Secondly, dad must undergo preparation for partner childbirth - attend special courses with his wife, meet with a midwife, study literature. He must be ready for hard work - helping with breathing, pushing together with his wife.
And thirdly, a man should not be afraid of blood. It's good to look at birth records to check yourself.
It is psychologically important that dad be positive and perceive childbirth as a miracle and joy. His calmness and confidence will be transmitted to the woman. The support of loved ones, especially the husband, helps a lot during childbirth.
The opinion that joint childbirth harms a man's potency is erroneous. On the contrary, active participation in childbirth strengthens the relationship and sex life of the couple. The main thing is that dad is prepared and can support his beloved.
Thus, if certain conditions are met, joint childbirth is beneficial for all family members and brings the couple together.
