Chillibugs Seed

Chilibux is a tonic and central nervous system stimulating herbal medicine. The main active ingredient is alkaloids, primarily coniine and hyoscyamine. The chemical composition of the plant is poorly understood.

Taxonomy: Chileáceae Jacq. - Chiliaceae or Canella families. Other names for chilibukha are canelle, canatl, or kalyor. They are popularly found in the South American region, where Bolivian origin predominates. The name "chilibuja" is the first syllable of the Spanish Chillán, and "seed" most likely refers to the dominant effect of hemp seeds.

Harvesting can be done from different parts of the chilibuha plant, but the leaves are most commonly used. The leaves are collected in the spring when they have reached their maximum development and dried for a month to obtain dry leaves. To prepare the tincture, the seeds are stored for about eight weeks at room temperature. Chilli seed extract is produced by treating the plant with alcohol or hot water to obtain the required amount of the drug. The exact manufacturing technology is unknown.

Therapeutic Effects: In India, cannabis has been used as a sedative and pain reliever for more than 2,000 years.
