Chondrodysplasia

Chondrodysplasia is the name given to pathological changes that occur in the bones, cartilage and cartilaginous tissue of the skeleton. They are characterized by a violation of the tissue structure and the simultaneous manifestation of defects in the formation of bones and cartilage. In some cases, the pathology occurs in isolation, but most cases are associated with the presence of genetic disorders in the patient. Chondroid dysplasia and the corresponding forms of the pathological process in newborns and infants are diagnosed. These forms include polyostotic, minor and dyschondrotic chondrogandrosia.
