Crepitus Tendon

Tissue crepitation (Joint crunch) Crepitation is a dull sound of friction of the facial skin when squeezing the cheek, on which, as a rule, skin folds are formed in the projection of the parotid-masticatory region and the nasolabial triangle. A more sonorous dull click is heard above the articular disc, where a small amount of submucosal fluid is located between the synovial membranes.
