Culinary Dictionary

Tape a piece of lined paper to the refrigerator and write “Cooking Dictionary” on top. Let your child write down the names of the dishes on it, as well as the skills that he is gradually mastering. The first person to write is the word “cooking”, which is included in the title title.

Then, as you use different cooking methods, from time to time explain to your child the meaning of certain new words, and let him help you cook. After the dish is ready, he must write down new words.

Ultimately, his list may look like this: Cut into cubes, soufflé, peel, boil an egg, beat whites, simmer, glaze. Of course, we cannot forget such a word as defrost.

When your child grows up and comprehends not only words, but also the culinary art itself, you may have to give him a place in the kitchen.
